A vegetarian diet may be best for humans, really folks. (part 1)

Being a vegetarian always has advantage over being a non-vegetarian. No it is not only about choice or taste rather you can say that the vegetarian diet for health and safe weight loss. Yet if you are not amongst the ones who aspire to loss weight yet vegan diet is equally made for you, how? Vegan diet not only offers your body with complete nutrition but also relieves you from various skin problems including acne, health problems like asthma etc.



Once you know the various benefits of following a vegetarian diet pattern, you will surely recommend the same to all your near and dear ones. If you are non-veg eater, then all you need to do is to make little change in your eating habit which won't be very easy to give up at once but slowly you can try to include more veggies in your diet than meat and flesh.



Now let me tell you why you need to avoid meat and flesh totally. Though you might be one of the believers who say that they are highest source of protein, no doubt you are not wrong in your thinking but along with the protein it brings in lot of infection and diseases too. On the other hand veggies have special property to keep your system clean and save you from various diseases.

That's the reason you might have come across such doctors who strictly prohibits flesh eating in their patients, as it is highly unbalanced food. Though it has protein content but all other essential nutrients are absent in meat. In fact some meat may be contaminated in such a way that it leads to complications in your body such as high blood pressure etc.



Still you do not need to switch on to vegetarian diet at once rather you can slowly decrease the intake of meat in your diet and increase the amount of vegetables.



Meat and flesh is just one aspect of non-vegetarian diet, but there other food items too that you must avoid to remain healthy.

Weight and relationship are quite interrelated .How? See whenever your spouse or boyfriend asks you for a lunch or dinner date ,usually you tend to forget about your diet regime. For that matter even high calorie chocolates gifted by your spouse ,isn't very hard to resist? Yes ,these are the small temptations which makes it impossible for you to follow your weight loss program.



Therefore here are certain simple ways which would help you not only to keep up your fat loss program going and will help you to resist those high calorie foods:



Be straight forward and make it loud and clear to all the near ones that you are on strict diet ,so please keep you away from the gifts of food items like chocolate etc. You need to be strong enough first to keep temptations at bay.



When your relatives and friends agree on not gifting you with high calorie fattening foods ,then slowlly tell them to even keep the food items out of your sight . You will be surprised how you can steer clear of these foods if they are out of sight.



Cook intelligently, all good and tasty foods need not be full of calories .Actually if you are able to substitute your high calorie food items with the low calorie ones ,you will see for yourself that it wont efefct the taste of the food and you along with your family can enjoy it ,instead of eating separately.



Try to use low-fat foods instead of high calorie ones ,not only for you but also for your entire family.



Keep on saying yourself that yes you need to lose weight for not just looking good but for being healthy and disease free. And if possible try to make it undertsand to all the people near you.

1) It is a common myth that if you eat at night, then you are likely to gain weight. But actually, the calories we take in entire day counts and not the time of consumption.


2) Following a proper timing for food is good, but remember to eat as per your hunger not time.


3) If you are following a friend in your diet then, it makes easier to achieve the goal. But the goals in weight loss are definitely different.


4) By eating fats, youwill feel less hungry. Although it is true that fats take time to get digested, yet it won't make you eat less rather, prefer proteins and carbohydrates instead to feel less hungry.


5) If your diet regime gets disturbed, you cannot wait until next day to put it on the track rather you must do it from the very next meal you are taking.


6) You might think that if you say no to extra food in a party it is socially unacceptable. But if you are on diet there is no harm.


7) Missing out on your meal will help you loose weight is the biggest myth as doing this you are only reducing your metabolism and the next you will have will be a heavier one for sure.


8) No food item is extra fatty; it all depends on the calories.


9) Calories in every food are same, but nutrient value may differ. For example a fruit will be more nutritious than noodles, though with same calorie count.


10) If you feel that leaving food on the plate is wasting food, then try to have small servings initially.
