Raw Food Diet

Proteins as we all are aware one of most important food component apart from carbohydrate and fats that our body need not only for building muscles for various other reason and body functions such as repair of tissues and cells. Actually the proteins are synthesized by even smaller particles called amino acids, which joins together to give birth a complete protein. Now from where our body does gets these amino acids? One of the ways is the synthesis within the body and such amino acids are often referred as non-essential amino acids whereas those which needs external supplements in form of food, is called essential amino acid. It is the essential ones without which your body can not function properly, as they are complete protein in themselves. You can find such amino acids in poultry and dairy products and soy. While whole grains and vegetables provides your body with non-essential counterparts.

For those who are strictly vegetarian and does not consume poultry products must not get hyper about lack of protein ,as soy is one of the richest source of protein ,so have plenty of soy ,vegetables and wholesome grains.
